MythTV upgrade from 0.19 to 0.20

Scheduled recordings failed after upgrade to 0.20, had to run mythtv-setup, delete all the sources and rebuild them:
see this post.

Also, links to mpegs in mythweb resulted in errors because the .htaccess file was not copied with the rest. Copying the .htaccess from version 0.20 corrected the problem.

I was unable to compile the ivtvdev driver for TV out on the PVR-350 for Mandriva 2007. A binary from here, copied to /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers did the job. Here is another post describing the problem.
