some requires this:
pushd .; dir=`pwd`; cd $dir; for repo in `find . -name .svn`; do cd ${repo}/..; svn upgrade; cd $dir; done; popd
to resolve this:
svn: E155019: Can't upgrade '/var/www/html/bibadmin' as it is not a pre-1.7 working copy directory
svn: E150000: Missing default entry
